Terms of use | Rules for posting

Visitor shall use Jazzhoops.com/net for lawful purposes only. Visitor shall not post/transmit any material which:

•Violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others.
 

•Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

•Visitor’s postings shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties.

•Visitor’s postings shall not contain any viruses or other contaminating or destructive devices or features. Nor be unlawful in any way.

•Do not use profanity to describe another poster, also please do not make attacks personal. Attack the idea, not the person.

•When posting  references to articles, please include the address (url) of the site it originated on.

•Prejudicial remarks, relating to religion, sex, race, sexual preference, etc. will not be tolerated

•Please keep your personal signatures to a minimum. Text is best, please limit it to three lines or less, pictures need to be no more than 15,000 pixels in size, and under 150k. (subject to change)

•Please do not: Post spam.  This board was established for Jazz fans, not for your advertising.

•Any conduct by a visitor that in Jazzhoops.com/net's discretion restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the site is expressly prohibited.

•Please avoid topics like politics and religion where opinions vary widely and feelings can be strong. Because of the cultural, and religious diversity here, and to maintain a place where all Jazz fans can meet, Jazzhoops reserves the right to close any topics that are entering into these topics.
